Implementing An Integrated Management System
Nextgen Clearing identified a need to implement a recognised quality and information security management system across their global offices.
We took time to understand the context of their business and the technology they rely on, so that the programme managed risks and processes appropriately.
In 2017 Assent supported the company in making the transition to ISO 9001:2015, which provided closer integration of both systems
Assent continue to run Nextgen Clearing’s UK internal audit programme providing an impartial evaluation of the management system.
Looking to the future, we are planning to work with Nextgen to integrate ISO 22301, the standard for business continuity, in to the one integrated system.

“Nextgen Clearing has worked with Assent for the past 3 years from the early days of implementing ISO 9001:2008 through to the implementation of ISO 27001:2013.
They have been instrumental in driving the implementation of our Quality Management System and Information Security Management Systems.
Further, they were involved in streamlining our Quality Management system to support the new requirements brought about by ISO9001:2015 changes which resulted in Nextgen Clearing’s Integrated Management System.

Nextgen Clearing expects to continue this fruitful cooperation in 2018 with our plans to implement the additional requirements for the EU General Data Protection Regulation and also aiding Nextgen Clearing in its aim to be certified in ISO22301:2012 Business Continuity.”
