We have had another set of satisfying results on the back of our Customer Journey Survey! Feedback for our operations over 2022 have given us confidence that our team are all pulling in the same direction and continue to deliver for our clients!

Remote working is still working!
100% of those taking part prefer to keep ‘some’ or ‘all’ work remote. Our consultants will continue to deliver client days as requested on a client-by-client basis, with a client-led approach.
Back-Office Support is Strong!
100% of those taking part rate the office team as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ overall!
One of the key benefits of using Assent for your ISO needs, as opposed to a stand-alone consultant, is that we have a back-office team working from 8.30am – 6pm weekdays. As a result of this our clients have a whole team available to support them between working sessions. This team are the heartbeat of our company and care deeply about what they do – So, it’s good to see that our client base has rated them so highly!
