Assent Creates Unified Comms with Microsoft 365 Phone System

To support our flexible working strategy, Assent Risk Management has moved it’s published telephone lines into Microsoft’s 365 Platform.  

Our increased use of the Microsoft 365 platform in recent months has helped us deliver effective ISO Remote Consultancy through video conferencing and screen sharing. We’ve helped clients maintain their ISO Management Systems and implement projects completely from scratch.

We have also seen many benefits by taking a ‘Remote First’ approach including increased efficiency, reduced costs and reduced carbon footprint.  

This upgrade for our VoIP telephone lines will help us work more collaboratively with our clients and team members across the world. 

Being able to receive calls within Microsoft Teams means all our daily communications methods are on one platform, improving the customer experience for the first time they contact us.
