The Long awaited International Standard for Occupational Health & Safety Management, ISO 45001, has finally arrived.

The standard has been developed with input from the standards bodies from over 70 countries, and can be adapted to all fit all sizes and types of organisation.
ISO Certification is well recognised internationally as a demonstration of governance and compliance across management disciplines.
It’s expected ISO 45001 will replace OHSAS 18001, and there will be a transition path with UKAS Accredited Certification Bodies. However, it will be some weeks before they are accredited to the new standard.
