About the Project
Bristol Transcription & Translation Services approached Assent Risk Management in November 2020 to help with the initial implementation of ISO 27001 Information Security management system. Assent assigned Garry Renton a specialist ISO consultant, to help implement the management systems.
In March 2021, Bristol Transcription & Translation Services decided to implement ISO 9001 for Quality Management and an integrated management system, engaging further support from Garry with the implementation.
Outcome
In September 2021, Bristol Transcription & Translation Services achieved certification with ISOQAR.
Ongoing ISO Support
Since then, Assent has continued to support Bristol Transcription & Translation Services, with Garry providing impartial internal audits in 2022. They have also signed up for further support in 2023.
