About the Project
The project with Rapid Assembly began in June 2024 with the implementation of ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental management. Rapid Assembly successfully achieved ISO 14001 certification later that year. In 2025, the client expanded the project to implement AS9100D, the aerospace quality management standard, while continuing to maintain their ISO 14001 internal audits. Assent consultant Danny Lee led both phases of the project.
Our Approach
Danny Lee guided Rapid Assembly through the structured implementation of each standard. For ISO 14001, this included process development, documentation, staff training, and internal audits. In 2025, he managed ongoing ISO 14001 audits alongside the implementation of AS9100D, including gap analysis, process alignment, staff training, and internal audits to ensure readiness for certification.
Outcome
Rapid Assembly achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2024 and successfully gained AS9100D certification in January 2026. The dual certifications strengthened both their environmental and aerospace quality management systems, supported by ongoing internal audits and expert guidance.
