Revised ISO 37001:2025 the Anti-Bribery Management System is Published

The anti-bribery management system standard ISO 37001 has had its first revision as the 2025 version is published (Feb 2025).

Here we take a fresh look at the international standard.

What has Changed in ISO 37001:2025?

The changes in this edition of the standard are relatively minor and easy to implement into an established system.

The climate change “clarification”, which now applies to all management system standards, has been incorporated into the core text.

Corporate culture also receives more emphasis particularly with regards to integrity and ethical conduct.

While identifying and managing conflict of interest has also received more attention, with strengthened requirements.

In general the standard better aligns to ISO 9001 and the sister standard for ISO 37002 for Whistleblowing management systems — Guidelines.
