About the Project

Integrella partnered with Assent in June 2024 to develop and embed a robust Integrated Management System addressing the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management). 

The objective was to formalise and strengthen existing practices, ensuring they meet internationally recognised standards while continuing to deliver high-quality, secure, and privacy-conscious services to clients.

Our Approach

Assent assigned ISO Consultant Garry Renton to lead the project and support Integrella throughout the certification journey. From the outset, Garry worked closely with teams across the organisation to understand existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements aligned with ISO standards. This collaborative approach allowed Integrella to embed meaningful changes into their day-to-day operations — strengthening quality, security and privacy controls while ensuring the system worked for the business. Once the Integrated Management System was fully established, Garry supported the team through internal audits and final preparations for external certification.

Outcome

Integrella is now officially certified to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701. This milestone reflects a shared effort across the business — involving technical specialists, delivery teams, operational leads, and senior management — all working together to enhance quality, safeguard information, and uphold privacy standards. The certifications reinforce Integrella’s ability to deliver trusted, high-quality services in a secure and responsible way. The organisation continues to work with Assent to maintain and improve their management system through ongoing support and future audits.
