Assent Pleased to confirm BSI Associate Consultant Membership

Assent are pleased to confirm our membership of the newly revised BSI Associate Consultant Programme (ACP).

We have been a member of BSI’s ACP since 2013 and achieved Platinum status under membership number 146 until it was disbanded in 2020.

This new scheme is intended to assist the roll out of the ACP across BSI offices worldwide and to allow associate consultants to more easily engage with BSI across the globe.

All BSI Associate Consultants have been required to re-apply for membership, providing evidence of competence for each standard. The membership numbers and platinum level have been removed.

Impartiality

Assent work with a number of UKAS Accredited Certification Bodies and remain impartial when supporting clients through certification.

There are many factors to consider when choosing a Certification Body, including price, reputation, global reach and industry knowledge. We produced some guidance on Choosing a Certification Body here.

Being a member of schemes run by certification bodies means Assent can keep up-to-date with industry and organisational changes that might affect our clients. We maintain good relationships with back-office staff who can help us resolve any admin or clerical issues which may occasionally arise.

Working with ISO Consultants like Assent and choosing a UKAS Accredited Certification Body ensures the separation of consultancy from auditing, meaning the quality and impartiality of your certification outcome can be assured and trusted by your stakeholders.

Are You Considering ISO Certification?
