Abby joined the Assent Team with a background in recruitment, bringing experience in managing end-to-end processes and building strong client relationships. She is a people-focused and driven individual who enjoys building trust, solving problems and finding new opportunities.

Abby is Level 3 Personal Training qualified and Cert CII qualified. Alongside her recruitment career, she has built and manages her own PT and class studio in her local town. Growing her own business has strengthened her ability to build trust, solve problems, manage priorities and identify new opportunities.

Most recently, Abby joined the Assent Team following maternity leave after welcoming her little girl. Her experience across recruitment, personal training and business ownership brings a diverse range of skills and perspectives to the team, with her enthusiasm and determination helping her to take on new challenges.

Outside of work, Abby loves boxing, which is also her speciality as a PT, and she enjoys playing netball. Above all, she loves spending quality time with her family, including her little girl and her two bonus children – who she says keep her young!
