Kerri Madders

Technical Support Assistant 

Kerri is Assent’s Technical Support Assistant, playing a key role behind the scenes to ensure all systems run smoothly. Balancing her professional responsibilities with her ongoing education, Kerri is a methodical and driven worker who consistently demonstrates determination in everything she does.

Kerri has a strong background in business and administration. She has a BSc (Honours) in Computer & IT, with a second subject of Psychology, at The Open University. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Computing, with a focus on Information Security and Forensics, to further enhance her technical expertise.

Kerri first joined Assent in September 2021 through The Open University Virtual Apprenticeship Scheme. After completing her apprenticeship, she transitioned into a part-time role with Assent. In her role, Kerri provides support with ISO documents, works on the Lorators brand by editing and updating courses, and contributes to the Resilify brand by adding templates and documents to the online database for public use.

In addition to her work at Assent, Kerri is now serving as a Director and Chairperson for a non-profit charity that supports individuals experiencing mental health challenges, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in her community. Kerri is a drummer in a rock band, enjoys writing songs and poetry, and is passionate about researching family history.
