About the BS 99001 Project
On reviewing the requirements of the Construction Line accreditation, Domestic Sprinklers found an extensive section of questions on the Building Safety Regulations, which could be answered with BS 99001 Certification, the construction-specific quality management system.
After deciding to commit to the new standard, Domestic Sprinklers engaged Assent in September 2025 for a two-month project to support their BS 99001 journey. The work focused specifically on conducting a gap analysis and internal audits to assess readiness for certification ahead of their external audit, which was scheduled at the end of the month (September 2025).
