When asked about their overall satisfaction with our service, almost all respondents selected “Extremely Satisfied”—a testament to the collective effort across the entire Assent organisation.
Importantly, an overwhelming number of clients said they would confidently recommend Assent to others. We’re grateful for your trust and proud that so many have already done so.
🤖 AI Adoption in 2025: A Varied Landscape
The survey revealed a fascinating split in how organisations are approaching artificial intelligence:
- Many clients are actively developing their own AI tools or using AI within existing systems.
- Others remain cautious, with some not using AI at all or only beginning to explore options.
This blend of early adopters and careful evaluators highlights a healthy and diverse client landscape. As AI continues reshaping compliance and risk management, we remain ready to support clients at every stage of their journey.
🏠 Preferences for Working Practices
When asked how they prefer to work on ISO projects in 2026:
- The majority favoured mainly remote delivery
- A significant number preferred a hybrid mix of remote and on‑site support
This aligns perfectly with our flexible service model, which enables us to partner with organisations in the way that suits them best.
🏅 Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) Framework
Ahead of the launch of our best‑practice IDEA framework and recognition mark, we were pleased to see meaningful interest from clients. Many expressed enthusiasm for participating in the pilot or exploring the scheme upon launch.
This reinforces our belief that businesses want practical tools to embed inclusion and accessibility into their operations, and we’re excited to bring this initiative to the market in early 2026.
