Office systems are exposed to the outside world like never before due to the increase in email and Internet useage at work. Not only open to 'attack' but constantly exchanging data which could become corrupted or infected with malicious code.
Make sure that your network is using anti-virus software coved by a license which updates with new definitions throughout the day.
